Who are SSRG?

Sheffield Steel Rollergirls are Sheffield's only female roller derby league and we are extremely proud of the bouts we put on. One of the key elements to the success of our day is our awesome Upstairs Market. We love to have a mix of local craft, food, skate gear, Lego, jewellery, comics, clothes and more. So, whatever you're selling - get in touch.

Our visitors are a mix of families, adults, roller derby chicks and people looking for a fun day out. There is an average crowd of 500 people per bout - all for you to sell your wares.

So, how much is it?

We have a few package bundles - so there should be something that takes your fancy!

10 pounds + one raffle prize = One stall, plus entry for two (you + a helper) (worth £14)

20 pounds + one raffle prize = One stall, plus entry for two (you + a helper) and a 1/4 page advert in our programme (worth £34)

35 pounds + one raffle prize = One stall, plus entry for two (you + a helper) and a 1/2 page advert in our programme (worth £49)

60 pounds + one raffle prize = One stall, plus entry for two (you + a helper) and a full page advert in our programme (worth £74)

All proceeds from the raffle go to Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice - so you also get to know you're helping a good cause.

Payments, Deposits and Cancellations

You can pay by Bank Transfer or Paypal (if either of these are a problem, just let us know). We require your deposit (half of the total) one week before the bout date (but you can of course pay in full!)

If you cancel with 48 hours notice, you get your deposit completely refunded. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, we'll keep your deposit (but will refund the rest if you have paid in full)
